LOSSES/DAMAGES IN TRANSIT: All products are packaged in new condition and given to the carrier for delivery to the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the products received are still in an undamaged condition. The customer must examine the shipment for damage (including re-taping of packages) and verification of the count. Any discrepancies must be noted on the Freight Bill before it is signed. AAA Park It Outdoors will not be responsible for any Freight Bills signed Free and Clear.

Returns:
Returned goods are subject to restocking fees of up to 25%. Shipping is non-refundable and no orders for return will be accepted without proper notification and agreement by both parties prior to arrangement of return. All goods must be in original packing and condition. If goods are received damaged, open, or missing without confirmation of fault by freight carrier, the customer will be held responsible.
For quality control problems or missing parts contact our office and we will assist getting your parts expedited. We stand behind the quality of all of our products and work to resolve all situations to the satisfaction of the customer.
Several items do not qualify for returns including but not limited to the following:

All surfacing sales are final. We provide the best surfacing products in the world and stand behind our product, the warranty, installation (if provided), and the quality. We work vigorously to resolve disputes and only offer products we stand behind 100%. This is the main reason our products and services have great appeal to park and recreation organizations.
