I have never heard of your company. Who are you?
AAA Park It Outdoors is a branch of our main company, AAA State of Play. AAA State of Play offers commercial playground equipment with a limited amount of site amenities. To reduce confusion and website size, our founder started a new website strictly devoted to site amenities. The realm of park equipment is so vast it is difficult to put it all under one roof. Simply put, AAA State of Play and AAA Park It Outdoors are separate and unique companies, however they are run from the same office with the same great customer service.
How do I purchase equipment?
There are two ways to make a purchase from our company. The first option is to check out from our online store. By checking out online you are effectively requesting a non-binding quote. This is NOT a purchase, nor do we hold anyone to their selection of equipment. Once we receive your equipment selection, we request freight quotes and try to discount your purchase in every way possible. Our customer service team will email you a quote for your equipment selection. This allows you to receive a formal non-binding quote without committing to a purchase. The second option is to call our office and speak with a sales associate for immediate assistance.
Why not provide shipping charges online?
Freight carriers change their rates every 3 hours. Our customer service usually receives 4-5 quotes before we find an acceptable rate. We operate this way to provide our customers with the most affordable rate available.
Can I pickup my equipment?
Yes, most equipment is available for pickup after the manufacturing end is finished. For a manufacturer near you, contact our sales office and a representative will work to find you the closest site. However, some manufacturers charge handling fees for palletizing and packaging the items. Although most manufacturers do not charge handling, some continue, as a result these charges will still be present in your cost.
How long does it take to get my items?
Most products ship within 2-3 weeks. For quick ship items, contact our sales office. Some items require 4-5 weeks depending on several factors. At peak times in the season steel shipments can be slow, thereby delaying many orders. Recycled plastic tables, benches, and trash cans continue to ship the fastest of all equipment.
Do you offer playground equipment?
Yes, our sister company AAA State of Play offers commercial playground equipment for your school or park.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, for a bulk purchase or discount question, please contact our office and a sales associate will assist you.

Do you offer terms for schools, parks, and cities?
We offer the option of purchase orders for any government entity. We try to accommodate for most organizations in making your purchase safe, fast, and reliable.
I found equipment elsewhere at a better price. Can you beat it?
We should be able to match any price on any equipment. However, some business do not update their websites often and as a result sell below cost. For these rare occurrences we can only insist that you confirm the company is still in business.
Do you provide references of equipment you have sold recently?
If you require a reference of recent purchasers, our sales team will be happy to provide you with selected contacts customers who allow us to share their experience with AAA Park It Outdoors.
Is my information safe with your company?
Your contact information is never shared with any 3rd party without your full consent. Contact information is only shared within the confined of AAA Park It Outdoors to provide you with our goods or services. To provide the most secure transactions, we do not accept credit cards online, nor do we store such information.
What is the warranty on your equipment?
Each product comes with a specific warranty. To receive details on particular products, contact our customer service and a representative will assist you in warranty related issues. If your product is ever needs a warranty claim, simply call our customer service and we will assist you to get the issue resolved.
